When I make the broad statement that “you create your own reality”, I am referring to your state of mind – the frequency at which you are vibrating and your ability to look upon life and ask “how does this that I am observing or experiencing serve me and those around me?”. When you look upon yourself, see the miracle of creation that you are. Despite your circumstance, be aware and open to opportunities that might present. In moments of distress, acknowledge the feelings – integrate the life lessons come to the fore and consciously decide to have gratitude for life itself, despite what lands on your plate on a day. Exercise your God-given Free Will and choose to be ……..
