What follows below is the result of an exercise given at a 1 day Silent Retreat I attended. \u00a0We did a short meditation, was asked to stay in that silent mindspace, and then had 30min to write a letter to “GOD” and allow an answer to come forth. \u00a0I was amazed – I hope you enjoy the “conversation” and I hope you can find such a space of quiet communion within\u00a0yourself.<\/p>\n

My letter to the Creator<\/strong><\/p>\n Lord, Creator, Friend<\/p>\n I see you all around me \u2013 most times.\u00a0 I strive to hold you in my consciousness, but not in a manner that sets you apart from me.\u00a0 You gave me life, you graced me with this gift of acting out your Essence as best I can hold it, in this physical realm.\u00a0 I am grateful for it and I do not wish to waste a moment of Becoming.\u00a0 Yet, I want my experience to be one filled with laughter, with joy, with everything this lifetime has to offer.<\/p>\n I am pleased to have one such as St Germain guiding me, chastising me, comforting me, goading me, making me work work work, laughing with me, loving me so unconditionally.<\/p>\n Your Love Lord \u2013 your peace, your compassion is beyond measure.\u00a0 I am your creation \u2013 I am of you, I am in you, I am your creation encouraged to create myself anew<\/p>\n Thank you Mother Father GOD<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Creator\u2019s response<\/strong><\/p>\n My child \u2013 beloved child of The Light.\u00a0 Our hearts beat as one.\u00a0 I am never not near you \u2013 there is not a time when I don\u2019t hear you.\u00a0 I am by your side in every moment \u2013 be still and feel My Presence.\u00a0 I speak to you through the winds, the birds, the waves crashing on the shore.\u00a0 I speak to you through my fellow creations \u2013 some of them walk this plane with you, others not.\u00a0 Yet they are all, every one of them, my Creation.\u00a0 See with eyes anew, hear with ears that need no sound to interpret my speaking.<\/p>\n I am in the silence, I am in the noise, I am in the song, I am in the prayers, I am in your words on paper.\u00a0 I am in the eyes and the whimper of your animal friends.\u00a0 I am in the beauty beholden through what you see, what you hear and all that you feel.\u00a0 I am everything and I am nothing.\u00a0 You cannot not know me.\u00a0 You may think you don\u2019t but I am in you, I am outside of you, I am you.\u00a0 So how then can I ever be apart from you.<\/p>\n So now, beloved child \u2013 awaken, awaken I say:\u00a0 to your beauty, your love, your compassion, your joy, your peace, your wisdom.\u00a0 Awaken, awaken I say \u2013 to your own True Self.\u00a0 When you smile, I smile;\u00a0 when you cry, I cry;\u00a0 when you feel, whatever it may be you feel \u2013 I feel.\u00a0 Look upon yourself, in a mirror and know that you and I are One.<\/p>\n You are never alone \u2013 I am in you, I am with you, I am you.\u00a0 You are of Me, you are in Me, you are Me.<\/p>\n Ahhh, but don\u2019t stop seeking, for in your seeking I shall reveal more and more of yourself to you.\u00a0 And I tell you this \u2013 you will marvel at the wonder of you, the splendour of you.\u00a0 You will come to know what you are and you will rejoice in looking upon every other Being that is part of the greater whole that is you and Me and them.<\/p>\n Is it not marvellous that the one could so easily be the other?\u00a0 The only difference being in what they wish to express in the outer in that moment.\u00a0 There will be times when expression meets and resonates, and the result is joy and happiness and peace and brotherhood \u2013 brotherhood.\u00a0 And so too there will be times when you will come face to face with the expression of another that does not resonate \u2013 now then, what do you do?<\/p>\n Do you judge \u2013 do you turn away from \u2013 do you act \u2013 do you react?\u00a0 What do you do?<\/p>\n I tell you now \u2013 you do what you must, it is that simple:\u00a0 you do what you must \u2013 as is guided by your Knowing and not your knowledge, as is guided by your Heart and not your intellect.\u00a0 Show yourself in that moment.\u00a0 Show yourself \u2013 your truth: with courage, with power, with love, with wisdom.\u00a0 And when the other sees you \u2013 they will see Me and they will Know their own True Self.<\/p>\n This is where we all meet:\u00a0 You, Me and the Other.\u00a0 This is where we become One \u2013 in Love.\u00a0 I am Love and so are you and All about you.\u00a0 There is nothing but LOVE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" What
